There is a very special human being, who I have had a few very enlightening chats with. Someone I am ever so slightly in awe of (a common trait with me) but this person really is rather awesome. Wise, modest, and not at all patronising, spot on with his cutting humour. Known as Madge to friends and acquaintances. The Swarmite is a maverick, a survivor, and someone with a very big heart.

Please have a look at his work and writings, you cannot fail to become a little more enlightened by knowing and interacting with this terrific person.

The Swarmite has made me curious about the concept of breathwork, and I have ordered a couple of books which he has recommended.
